MODUL GRADUATE TEACHES IN BEIJING

For the third time Stefan Trautsch, graduate of our German Diploma Course (Kolleg) in 2006 will teach students of the MODUL course at the Beijing Business School international cuisine and English.

Since autumn 2006 the Beijing Business School has run a three years’ vocational programme on hospitality management developed and accredited by MODUL. Our institute not only designed the curriculum, but also trained the administrative staff and the teachers in school organisation and management, modern didactics and teaching methods and above all in western cuisine, the focus of the MODUL course. Regular evaluation visits and quality control ensure that the course is run according to MODUL standards.

In May this year the MODUL course will have its first graduates.
