KNOW-HOW TRANSFER MODUL – IRAN

12 Iranian hotel managers were trained at the Tourism College MODUL from 10 to 27 February this year. This was the last phase in a series of training seminars organised by the Service Platform MODUL. The first four seminars were held by MODUL experts in Tehran.

The 12 best participants were selected to attend the three-week training course in Vienna.

Course contents comprised subjects like F&B Management, Rooms Division Management, e-Commerce, Teambuilding, Quality Management, as well as hands-on experience in leading hotels in Vienna. The close ties that MODUL has with the hospitality industry enabled us to offer an attractive programme.

Partner in this project is the Iranian educational institute INSTROCT with which we have already cooperated for two previous training projects.

As most of the participants were in Europe for the first time this seminar was also an interesting cultural experience.
