Excursion to Stift Klosterneuburg

Mr. Andreas Weigner organized an excursion to the Monastery in Klosterneuburg on Friday, October 10 for both ICHM 1 and 3 students. This monastery has been producing wine since the 12th century. We went to the vineyards to see the grapes still on the vines, as well as having an in-depth tour with Mr. Hans Fabian, manager of the wine cellar. He showed us the entire winemaking facilities, wine cellars and, of course, gave us the opportunity to taste 5 different wines.
