ICHM1 and ICHM3 on a visit to Vienna's biggest and most famous brewery

On Thursday, October 27th Mr. Weigner and Mr. Latzenhofer took ICHM1 and ICHM3 on a visit to Vienna's biggest and most famous brewery: Ottakringer. We met in Vienna's 16th district to get a very informative tour of the property. We were explained all steps that are necessary to produce beer of the high quality that Ottakringer stands for. At the end of the excursion we were invited for a 'Quality Check' where we were allowed to taste up to 8 different beers as well as non-alcoholic beverages accompanied by delicious white-sausages and pretzels.
