Christmas Party by Vienna Tourist Board on 16th of December 2009

The Vienna Tourist Board had its Christmas Party in the State Hall of the Austrian National Library on December 16, 2009. Third semester ICHM as well as Kolleg students had the opportunity to cook for and serve 160 guests a festivel 4-course dinner.

Despite bitter cold temperatures outside, a welcoming holiday atmosphere was achieved in these beautiful  historic surroundings by Chef de Cuisine, Gottfried  Gansterer and Service Manager, Josef Schuster and their team of enthusiastic and well trained students.
